About Marie Bové

Marie Bové has been cutting hair in New York City for almost thirty years. She was trained by Christopher Pluck in the Vidal Sassoon method of precision haircutting, and specializes in wash-and-wear styles for clients of all ages.  She opened Marie Marie BoveBové salon in 1987 with two people on staff and has grown her business to include more than a dozen stylists and a strong team of technicians. Many of her regular clients have been coming to her since the salon opened—or even longer—but she always welcomes new faces.  Everyone at the salon stays up to date on the latest techniques and technology.

“The bottom line is we want to do what’s best for the client and their hair. Your last haircut is your best advertisement.”
--Marie Bové
